We ship our merchandise anywhere in Canada. If you are outside of Canada, please contact us at info@riverlions.ca or (289) 273-5905 to arrange alternate shipping arrangements.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping times vary based on location, but you can expect 1-3 business days for local delivery (within the Niagara region) or 3-6 business days for other cities within Ontario. Need your merch sooner? Select Pick Up (for free!) and we will coordinate a time that works for you to drop by and grab your gear!

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed if ordered from Sunday-Thursday. If an order is placed Friday-Saturday, it will be shipped out the next business day. If ordering a customized jersey, please allow an extra 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped out.

Someone from our team will reach out to you when your order is ready for pick up to coordinate a date and time that works for you!

During the season, you can pick up your merch directly from the Merch Store at Meridian Centre on game days.

Yes, we do offer customized jerseys! Simply select the jersey customization option once you’ve chosen the jersey style and size. You can choose to customize with any name and number for a flat rate of $15.

Yes. Season ticket holders receive a 20% discount. If you do not know how to access your discount, please contact a River Lions ticketing representative at tickets@riverlions.ca

Customized jerseys take 3-4 business days from the time of purchase. If you are picking up your order from our Front Office, you will receive a phone call or email when your jersey is ready for pickup, otherwise your jersey will be shipped out as soon as the customization is complete.

Unworn items that are purchased can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. You must have the original receipt and tags attached to the items to receive a return/refund.
